Our team worked on a house in Lynnfield last week replacing exterior trim and siding to get it ready for painters.
This small kick out flashing detail is so important to divert water into the gutter, away from siding. We come across this all the time unfortunately. This $10 piece of flashing will save thousands of $$$ in future repairs.

We had the pleasure working with these clients once again.

Waterproofing under the tile is top notch system. Plumber will install finishes tomorrow.
Glass will be templated Thursday.
Since this is a steam shower the glass will go all the way up to the ceiling, with transom above the door to let the steam out.

Working with Hydro Ban XP is really nice. I’m using 1/2” nap roller to apply the product for thick coat.

And randomly throughout the year we receive texts from the client how much she loves her kitchen.
Our work truly changes people’s lives.
It’s a great feeling, we get to make people’s dream a reality.
