It’s been a while since I have shown the project I have been working on. House fire that almost destroyed the entire home. Other hidden damage was also found during the clean out of the house. I will follow this post with the progress that’s been made. This home has come a LONG ways….. but it’s been a very hard fought battle doing this alone (minus the licensed trades).

This is a cathedral ceiling that only had 1" of foam insulation and was exposed. Another 1 1/2" foam with radiant barrier added to the ceiling and finished off with some cedar beaded plank and the living area is completely transformed!!! What an amazing difference.

Okay folks. Here is a gate for people who don't want to have to deal with burglary. Why spend money on an electronic system that just tell you that your home or business has been broken into? Set the property up as so no burglar will even attempt to try and break in!!! These gates cannot be cut with bolt cutters or bent out of shape with crow bars like what is found for sale in home improvement retailers. Gates custom fit for each specific home or business with a wide variety of colors and decor to choose from.
