Good morning everyone,

After four generations and over 60 years in the asphalt industry, we have decided to retire. We’d like to take this opportunity to thank our employees and customers for their continued support over the years. We sincerely appreciate your contributions to the success and strength of our business. We couldn’t have done it without you!

At this time, we are happy to announce that Cemstone Products Company, a local family-owned company, has purchased our yard and plant location in North St. Paul and will continue operations. We are confident that the foundation we have built will continue to serve our neighbors and community in the Twin Cities for generations to come.

Unfortunately we are having my furnace issues and will be closed for the day (1/23/25). We are hoping it can be repaired in a timely manner and we can open again tomorrow morning. We will keep you posted.

Happy Sunday, everyone!
Our plant and yard will be closed Thursday, July 4th and Friday, July 5th for the holiday. We will re-open as usual on Monday, July 8th.

Hello folks!

Now that our auction is over, we wanted to send out an update for our summer hours for the yard and plant.

At this time, we do not have plans to extend the yard and plant hours. We will remain open Monday through Friday, 7:00AM to 3:00PM for the yard and 7:30AM to 2:30PM for the plant.

If, after 2:30PM you anticipate needing to pick up an additional 50+ tons of asphalt or 100+ tons of aggregate, we can likely accommodate you, but you will need to contact the office (651-777-1313) by noon the day prior, so we can make the necessary arrangements.

Additionally, we will be continuing to charge for all material being dumped in the yard, including clean concrete and asphalt.

Hello everyone!

A little retirement auction update for you all: we have 3 upcoming Inspection Days: Saturday, April 6th; Wednesday, April 10th; and Saturday, April 13th at both our North St Paul and Lake Elmo facilities. Details below in Purple Wave Auction video.
Big Guys BBQ Roadhouse will also be on site at our Lake Elmo storage yard for all the tacos you can eat ☺️ Come on out and see us 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM!

To keep everyone safe during the Wednesday, April 10th Inspection Day, we will have the plant and yard closed down for retail sales. We will be open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday like normal.

Hello all,

Due to the impending snow and cold weather, we will be keeping the asphalt plant closed Friday, March 22nd through Tuesday, March 26th. Our plant hours will return to normal hours on next Wednesday, March 31st, 7:30 AM to 2:30 PM. Our yard will be remain open from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM for sand and aggregates.
