This kitchen is part of a basement apartment the home owner choose Granite for this space which is a great idea for rentals. You can’t put heat on Quartz so Granite is a great option, less stress. It should be sealed every once in while, time varies on what sealer you choose (some suggest 1-2 years, if you have it professionally done it would be much longer in between). Over what’s trending, choose the stone that will be best for what you use the space for and what you like!
