CDC'S with $100,000's in grants sitting safely in their accounts couldn't get some of these local owner/operators to ride to Dallas and fill trucks with Ice, water and Non-perishables?

City of Shreveport can't open SPAR pools for free, turn on at least one fire hydrant in each small community for a few hours to help cool kids?

Local stores can't donate small bag lunches or hot lunches? noon to 2?

The mini millionaires sitting on cash can't donate gas vouchers to parents and elders to be sure in case of emergencies ppl could get to help?

I guess not, they are out of town or neatly tucked away in hotels.

If y'all would stop playing games at the polls , grandfathering ppl into positions MAYBE there could be a plan to implement where volunteers could move swiftly into action in extreme situations immediately.

Big city ideas would work well for small towns and communities.
