Hello again to all! Bringing you another update during this strained time. We will be able to start to get back to somewhat of a normal operation in about a week. The existing houses under construction will be able to move along with multiple contractors' workers on site at once. This will get the existing houses, and any of the new homes that we have signed for new build moving at a normal pace.
Unfortunately we believe that new client inquiries will all have to be handled strictly by appointment, with initial contact and basic information being handled through phone calls. We will not be able to do any walk-in information in our office. Our staff is extremely knowledgeable to handle telephone conversations with basic information and lot availability; and map updates will be posted on the website as often as we can. Vague price 'bracket' can be advised, but price per square foot, or any type of pricing for particular layout or style will be done through appointment.
Again, we appreciate your understanding at this time.

Just want to give a shout out to all of our current clients for their patience during this difficult time. Residential construction is one of the borderline businesses that wasn't clearly spelled out. We are abiding by the local rules which is allowing one person on-site at a time. This, of course, is making certain things extremely difficult and prolonging the build time. We are doing all we can to schedule things appropriately and still maintain a safe working environment for our contractors. Please note that our office is open at a shortened hourly schedule, however all of your concerns, messages, and emails are being answered. You, as well as our team, has access to messaging 24/7.
