What a fun time we had transforming this waterfront townhouse.
We removed the fireplace which requied us to patch in the hardwood flooring, sand and refinish, we replaced a broken set of french doors and installed new impact rsges sliding doors, replaced all kitchen cabinetry and countertops, completely gutted 3 bathrooms and tiled new showers and floors, painted every ceiling, wall, door and trim throughout the house. To say the work we did gave the home a clean and coastal feel doesn’t quite relay the tranquility it now has.
We look forward to more projects with the owners in the near future.
