A. D. Bush Concrete is a well-established, family-owned concrete contractor serving Northbrook and surrounding communities since 1971. We are seeking an experienced, high-skill Concrete Finisher / Form Setter who takes pride in precision, clean finishes, and doing the job right the first time.

What You’ll Be Doing
• Build, set, and strip forms with accuracy and efficiency
• Finish concrete to a high standard: tight edges, clean joints, consistent broom and smooth finishes
• Read grades, layouts, and site plans with minimal supervision
• Troubleshoot on site and adjust for conditions as needed
• Maintain professional, clean job sites
• Work alongside an experienced crew focused on quality, not shortcuts

What We’re Looking For
• Strong finishing experience required (flatwork, driveways, patios, sidewalks)
• Excellent eye for detail and pride in workmanship
• Ability to work independently and lead by example
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• Physically capable of demanding outdoor work
• Valid driver’s license preferred
