Now Hiring: Landscape Crew Leader – Northfield, MN

Do you enjoy creating unique outdoor spaces and working with a team that takes pride in their work? Landscape Dreams is looking for an experienced Landscape Crew Leader to join our dream team!

We design and maintain landscapes that are both beautiful and sustainable—from planting beds, patios, and retaining walls to native prairies, koi ponds, and waterfalls. Most projects are in Northfield and the south metro, with crews starting each day at our Northfield shop. Year-round work opportunities are available.

Requirements:

-Valid driver’s license with a driving record insurable under company policy

-2+ years landscaping experience (for crew leader role)

-Ability to obtain a DOT health card

-Able to lead and be a part of a team

-Ability to read and work from landscape designs

-Skills and experience with patios, grading, retaining walls, and irrigation systems

-Attention to detail and ability to complete tasks per bid requirements

-Experience with trucks, trailers, skid loaders, and other landscaping equipment

-Ability to perform physical labor (bending, pulling, and lifting 80+ lbs)
