Bathroom renovation wrapped up in East Haven!!!
Old shower drain started leaking so we were called in to replace the tub/shower, repair subfloor, install flooring then paint. Also removed hallway carpet and installed new coretech LVP flooring!!!!

Deck wrapped up today!!!
Complete rebuild, trex decking and stair treads, composite railings and gate, composite and lattice trim to finish it off.
We also installed a proper staircase and concrete landing.

Beautiful upgrade this family can enjoy for years to come!!

Kitchen makeover!!! Much needed budget friendly upgrade to this kitchen.

This kitchen was wrapped up just before the holidays. It was done under a pretty tight budget and time constraints. We were able to give the kitchen a whole new look with ceiling height cabinets, closed a doorway and added the pantry, also added an extra wall set to accommodate this busy family.
While it is unusual we were able to leave the existing countertops and backsplash, which I’m sure we’ll be replacing at some point. This house is always a work in progress!!!

Bathroom wrapped up!!!

Stand up shower, Castico curbless, tile-less shower pan, stainless steel tile-less shower niche and a shower screen in place of a traditional door.

Matte black everything in this shower and it came out fantastic.

New tile floor and cement board underlayment.
New Vanity, 1 piece toilet, medicine cabinet/mirror.
Added recessed light and new light over mirror.
New door and trim.
Paint throughout.

Big thank you to our friend Rich at Eastcoast Drywall for handling the sheetrock needs.
Steven Saleski at Steve’s Plumbing for our plumbing needs.

Much needed upgrade to this family’s bathroom is complete!!!!
