Havent posted here in years. This week, Bed teardown and assemble, ceiling fan replacement, beadboard install on top of existing baseboards (not recommended) a faucet swap, lockset change, and a bunch of stuff not listed here.

Be sure to replace compression fittings when changing out your water supply lines to your Icemakers. City pressure is still a lot on a quarter inch line!!! (Remember to change your fridge water filter regularly...) OH! Sometimes new ice makers need to be calibrated too. This one did need a reset and calibration before it ran right.... but seeing that water dispense on a new install is oh so satisfying.......

A constantly running toilet may waste about eight gallons per hour, or 200 gallons per day. Left unnoticed, a running toilet could waste over 6,000 gallons per month. Depending on the rate you pay for water and sewer, this could cost as much as $70 per month!

This repair took roughly 30 minutes and cost 12 dollars in parts. I also set the replacement valve to use less water every flush saving more money for the homeowners and preserving more of our natural resources every time it's used.
