SAFETY AGREEMENT
RECLAIMED BARNWOOD SALE AT ROOTS FARM

- [ ] Please be aware, the Roots Farm property in which the sale is being held is an active and ongoing construction zone. Enter at your own risk.
- [ ] You are liable for yourself and your belongings while on the Roots Farm property.
- [ ] Sale will be held outside the barn, entrance to the barn is not permitted.
- [ ] Only cash or checks will be accepted as payment
- [ ] Take all safety precautions necessary, including but not limited to, wearing closed toed shoes or boots, a mask, gloves, and maintaining a safe distance from others while on the property.
- [ ] Due to the age and condition of the barn, it is possible the paint contains lead or other potentially harmful substances, so please take all necessary precautions while handling and treating the wood.
- [ ] All boards are to be sold as is in their current condition.
- [ ] All sales are final, with no returns, refunds, or exchanges for any reason.
- [ ] After purchase, you may request to have the boards cut, denailed, or use a wire brush to further clean.
- [ ] I am not liable for any damage after purchase, including but not limited to splits, cracks, or any other damages caused by handling the wood.
- [ ] By attending the sale you are agreeing to these terms.

Hey guys, I'm Kyle! Welcome to my page!

I recently bought 14 acres of property out at 6 Mile and Pontiac Trail in my hometown of Northville with the dream to start a garden center. As a young and fresh entrepreneur, I welcome any support on my new venture!

The barn on the property was one of the oldest and tallest left in the lower peninsula of Michigan, until it fell this August :( Luckily enough of it is still standing that I hope to use what's left to start my storefront! In the meantime, I've harvested a lot of really unique barn wood from the fallen portion that I'd love to share with the community.

I'm having a reclaimed wood sale this October, so if you're interested please come check it out! Some really special and stunning furniture can be made out of this stuff...I myself am planning on using some of it to build myself a farmhouse-modern coffee table.
