Another Beautiful house done by Erard’s Custom Painting!!!

This recently completed modern farmhouse style house has loads of curb appeal, even before the landscaping is installed. The exterior features a mixture of board and batten and shake siding (installed by Catalina Construction) , black Andersen Windows + Doors, a mahogany double door from Doors4Home, standing seam metal roofs on the front porch and over the garage windows, and stained cedar front porch posts, railing and brackets. The wood tone CHI Overhead Doors were supplied and installed by Overhead Inc. and help add warmth and contrast to the white siding. To dress up the foundation, a veneer stone by Prestige Stone Products, Llc was selected and supplied by Sandman Sales Yard. The light fixtures were supplied by Gross Electric Inc. and add to the farmhouse style.
