Third generation Malli Construction is looking to add to our team. We mainly build Pole Type Buildings. Experience is not required, Will train on the job. You must have physical strength and endurance and able to work year around, but is seasonal in winter, with ability to draw unemployment benefits. Being able to work as a team and following instructions are also important. Competitive starting wage with no experience, negotiable with experience. Including 2 weeks earned paid time off , holiday pay , Health insurance perdiem and incentive bonuses.

* Basic math skills to perform calculations while measuring.
* Mechanical skills to use the heavy machinery and equipment that is used regularly.
* Physical strength when performing heavy labor that is required, such as lifting materials, navigating up and down a ladder.

Had a suprise visitor at the end of the day today. We are working in town for Knudtson Automotive Services and Olivia stopped to see me as soon as she got into town from Dubuque. So naturally as a dad i had to take her up in the 60 ft lift for a photo.

Big barndominion/shouse we built through the winter just outside of Osage Iowa. 20ft tall, 2x8 16in on center stud built. Fir timber beams and columns for porch fastened to perma columns in the ground. Gable accents built out of fir timber as well . Triple black exterior with corrugated rib pattern steel on main roof and porch roof, with classsic rib style on walls in textured matte black. Added window trim and wall accent board with Diamond Kote prefinshed matte black product. Shop ceiling finished in textured matte black as well.
Built in just under 3 months with my fantastic small crew . Special thanks to Pam and Peter Berg for choosing us to build their project and vision.
