Growing up I got to witness several family members pursue their dream of being a small business owner. My paternal grandparents ran a canteen truck, my maternal grandparents ran a dairy farm, and my parents ran a dairy distributing company. I swore when I grew up, I too would be a small business owner. I took my passion and 12+ years of experience in arbor culture and turned it into All American Stump Co. in hopes of my children being able to witness first hand the same hard work and dedication I did growing up. Thanks to my amazingly supportive friends and family, things have taken off here at AASC, and I get to be the poster child for “If you work hard and don’t give up, you can achieve anything!”

Coming from a long line of small business owners, I always hoped to be one myself someday. I am proud to say that today, I am doing what I have always dreamed of, running my own small business doing something I am passionate about. Damn it feels good. To all of those hesitant to take that leap, just do it and don’t look back. I promise you, you will regret not taking that leap way more than you will ever regret having taken it!
