Got a call after a storm hit a house up in Madrid. Water was pouring through the dormers

Turns out… the roofer never installed flashing!

Not on the dormers. Not on the skylights. Not ANYWHERE

That’s not just bad roofing—

The ones that slide under your shingles?

Yeah… hard pass ❌

Because the moment you start lifting that first row, you’re risking leaks, loose edges, and problems that don’t show up until it’s too late.

Pulled in to gas up—and spotted this mess across the street 🙈

I’ve seen a lot of “flipper” roofs lately—cheap shingles, cheap install, no long-term thinking.

I'm sorry, but that’s not how I build ❌

When I step onto a roof, I think about the family that’s gonna live under it.

Would I trust that roof over my kids? Would I sleep at night knowing I left it that way?
