Day two in Largo. I got all the scraping done and the first application on, to include cleaning up the soffits.

Started the project in largo, Florida today. Lots of scraping and prep work required, but the results will be beautiful! The homeowner wanted to just paint it white again, but I recommended going with a totally different color, to include the trim, so it will definitely look like a new house on the block!
The temperature tomorrow is supposed to be around 100°, so we are in the preheating stages here, in the Sunshine State :-) my response is, bring it on!
