It has been a wild ride so far. Since January 1st marking T&R's one year in business and still going strong. So we reglazed the chipped up beige/tan tub and changed the color to white. The rental will be back on the market real soon for sale or renting... Whichever comes first !

Just a few updated pics from the latest projects. When plaster walls doesn't care about your feelings or your time frame and the fur babies don't care for laminated flooring, it's time for do over... Now the subfloor is completed, the tile is being installed, then I will be moving onto the plaster repair part of this renovation. Everything is coming along nicely!!! .

The fireplace project is coming to an end. From day one this has been the most creative challenge thus far in all the projects I have ever took on. From capping off the chimney to reconfiguring the firebox so the insert will fit. The stone work was so time consuming and tedious. The stone work was putting up a good fight to the end but it was able to kill the saw before it finally gave in as the last piece was installed. I cannot thank everyone involved in this project enough for their time and patience.
