On the board, 2026.

We visited the site of a new project yesterday in Peachland, NC. The site comprises 150 acres of family-owned farmland. The proposed home will be near the rear of 60 acres, which is currently being subdivided from the rest of the property. This photo shows the approach from the existing driveway at the top of one of the hills to where the home will become a focal point. The rest of the property turns right and climbs a few more hills to the farm itself. There's plenty more to come with this project. Stay tuned!

We commenced a garage addition project at a secluded log cabin residence in Richfield, NC, featuring living quarters on the second floor, seamlessly integrated with the existing dwelling. It's essential to gather as much information as possible early in each project to understand the constraints that may govern what is feasible for the project. Creating site diagrams like this one illustrates the constraints, solar angles, topography, and other important site features all in one place. These site diagrams aid in the direction of the project's design before a pen is ever put to paper for those initial ideas.
