Tub Faucet not diverting? Better Call Covenant!

We were able to complete a same day service for one of our property manager clients this evening.

This service call consisted of replacing and adding a fresh bead of caulk of a new like for like tub faucet diverter.

Exterior Entrance Repair/Refresh for one of our valued clients. After previously helping with interior plumbing repairs, the homeowner reached back out regarding a warped exterior header board and birds nesting above the entryway.

For this project, we:
Removed the failed header board

Reinforced and secured the crown assembly to the stucco exterior

Installed new AZEK PVC trim material

Sealed all seams with exterior-grade caulking

Applied a fresh coat of white exterior paint to brighten and refresh the entrance

This morning we took care of a clients rental property by removing old heavily corroded/leaking copper piping and sharkbite fittings and replaced with new copper and solder fittings.

We paid homage to a good friend today by wearing one of his companies branded shirts.
