When you have four boys, you catch the giant spider in a plastic bag, and then double bag it so everyone can have a look!! He's as big as a quarter!!

I found this guy just chillin' in the bathroom by the tub. My oldest thought it was dead, but I wasnt taking any chances!! When I put a glass over the top of it, it RAN so fast! But eventually 🥴 I got it in the bag, and now we're saving it to show Daddy. The things I have to go through when he's not here. 🤣

Happy Pi Day! We managed to squeeze in a little Pi Day celebration by having a "pizza pie" for lunch, and chicken pot pies with little apple and cherry hand pies for dinner. 🥧 😅 The kids just love this day LOL.

Before that, we spent the day as a family cleaning, organizing things, and playing at the back house. Then I took the kids to Sam's Club for a quick grocery run, and this time NO ONE commented on how many kids I have! 🤣🤣🤣

Exhausting day but we all had a great time! 💙

My six kids each had three or four servings of this giant casserole! 😍 This dish was super quick and easy to throw together using foods I had on hand from my pantry!

⭐️Easy Mushroom Chicken Casserole

2 cans of canned chicken, drained
2 cans of cream of mushroom soup
2 cans of green beans
2 boxes of stuffing (I used chicken and turkey)
1 stick of salted butter
3 cups of water
However many crispy onions you desire.

Set oven to 375⁰. Grease 9x13" pan. Combine chicken, cream of mushroom soup, and green beans together in casserole dish. Do not put water or milk with the cream of mushroom soup.

Prepare stuffing, per instructions on box using one stick of salted butter and 3 cups of water, in the microwave (you can do it on the stove if you have time, but with six kids, time was of the essence for me!).

Spread prepared stuffing evenly over the chicken concoction in the casserole dish.

Bake, covered, for 35 mins.

Take casserole dish out of the oven, sprinkle crispy onions on top. Serve and enjoy!!
