Koehler Exteriors works hard to provide customers with a great experience every time they deal with those stressful emergency repairs or when making exciting long awaited improvements on there homes. (Deadlines) are a rough number given within (3*) days of actual dates stated in the contract.

.2(Remaining balances)are to be paid(*IN FULL*)upon comple

tion of work order.
3(*Signing any contract*) is stating that your in agreement with Jeff Koehler/ Koehler Exteriors (*TERMS & CONDITIONS*)they are also subject to change at any time.
4(*Deposits)1/3 to 1/2 of total balance is needed to start work, it's also necessary to secure materials and hold your timeslots. 5(*72 hours for a rescinded contract *)72 hrs will start at time of signing. After 72 hours there will be a cancelation fee which generally is 15 percent of total .

REQUIREMENTS
, drywall, carpentry, flooring, landscaping , Drug free, own transportation, own basic tools, need to be able to read a tape measure . Must be clean cut, no profanity and purchase brown pants, white painter pants and a company t-shirt.
Need to be willing to work hard and make it through long 10 to 12 hr days . Pay starts at 15 and go up to the sky. .
