✨ Before & After Flooring Transformation ✨

This family reached out because carpet just wasn’t working for their home anymore. With kids and the occasional accident, keeping bedroom floors clean had become a constant challenge 👶🧼

We removed the old carpet and installed waterproof LVP flooring that’s durable, low maintenance, and built for real life. The result? Floors that are easier to clean, hold up to everyday messes, and give the rooms a fresh, modern look 🏡✨

✨ Before & After Staircase Transformation ✨

This project came to us after a homeowner in our Franklin community reached out thanks to a recommendation from someone they trust, referrals like that mean everything to us!

They had a clear vision, update the handrails, newel posts, and balusters with a cleaner, more modern look while still matching the style and character of their home. The homeowners even provided an AI generated image showing exactly what they wanted their new staircase to look like and the outcome shows how we brought that vision to life!

The result… a completely refreshed staircase that feels open, intentional, and perfectly at home in their space, with correctly spaced balusters that enhance safety and functionality compared to the original build🏠

Another basement renovation wrapped up and ready to be enjoyed. 🏡

This project included new LVP flooring throughout the entire basement, along with new trim and interior doors. Every step was handled with careful prep, clean installation, and close attention to detail to ensure everything flowed properly and looked consistent throughout the space.

The end result is a clean, bright basement that feels finished, functional, and built to last. The homeowners were extremely happy with how it turned out, and that’s always the most important part.

✨A magazine-worthy, high-quality remodel✨

This kitchen remodel we completed earlier this summer, is everything we love about open concept living. From the moment you walk in, it’s easy to imagine family and friends gathering around the oversized island, kids moving freely between the kitchen, dining, and living rooms, and everyone coming together during the holidays in one beautiful connected space.

Between the elegant finishes, the flow of the layout, and the natural light throughout, this kitchen truly feels like it belongs on the pages of a design magazine, yet it’s built for real life, real families, and creating real memories.

For the 4 half walls, what started with very uneven, completely unsquared framing is now clean, straight, and thoughtfully finished. We closed the space in properly, squared everything up, and added stunning French doors that elevate the look while creating the perfect balance between openness and separation.

Another successful transformation in the books! 👷‍♂️ ✨

Our team removed and disposed of old, poor-quality, squeaky warped flooring throughout the first floor. We also removed and disposed of laminate sheet vinyl in the mudroom, laundry room, and bathroom, along with carpet from the stairs and the upstairs entry areas leading to the bedrooms.

The stairs received a major upgrade finished with properly matched LVP stair tread for a clean, seamless look that completely elevates the space. The result is a beautiful staircase that flows perfectly with the surrounding floors.

To wrap things up, we installed a custom shelf in the laundry room, creating a convenient and organized space for detergents and everyday essentials.

Before & After of a beautiful bathroom remodel! 😍✨

This project started with an unexpected story, and ended with a dream bathroom! 🙌

We bought a mini fridge from someone on Facebook Marketplace, and during purchase, he shared that his niece and her husband were living a renovation nightmare…their first home, months delayed, and their only bathroom left gutted by a contractor who disappeared and was unresponsive🚫🏚️

When we arrived for the estimate, we saw bathroom materials had already been purchased… but also a fully demoed bathroom and a saddened young couple that just wanted to move into their first home ❤️‍🩹

So we stepped in and handled everything the right way, pulled plumbing, electrical, and building permits after a stop work order was issued by the city inspector for not having permits pulled from the beginning prior to work commencing, repaired damaged plumbing, completed electrical corrections, insulated, waterproofed, tiled, drywalled, painted, installed all fixtures, and brought their own cozy design vision to life💡🔧🛠️

Now, they finally have a relaxing, finished bathroom and a home they can settle into🏡💙

No homeowner should go through something like this, but we’re grateful we could turn their nightmare into a fresh start✨🙏
