With the recents storms, we've been swamped with cleanups for our property management groups. Incredibly thankful for a fellow small business owner and his quick response in aiding us with limb disposals. Very happy with his outfit and highly recommend. From a garage cleanout to 6 loads of limbs and debris. They can get it taken care of.

Due to the recent storms, we've been busy as can be. We were able to get out and get several yards cleaned up from downed limbs today. One less thing for our customers to worry about! One of the best ways to extend the life of any wooden exterior structure is to maintain it. That involves regular cleaning, sealing/staining. We do a significant amount of stain/sealing of those structures. There's more to it than just power washing so feel free to let us take care of these projects for you. From a clear sealer, to a semi transparent, or a solid. We will help you with whatever is wanted.Here's a couple done this week.

The customer had a bunch of pickets on-site that he requested we use. So there are 2 different tones in the pickets. But we do what we can to stay in budget. A couple of double gates on this one. Very happy with how they turned out. We've been busy as can be and we have some more neat jobs in progress and coming up. From composite decks, retaining walls, to landscaping and more fences. And let's not forget about some deck sealing/staining jobs in the works as well. Planning on sharing a bunch of completed projects when we eventually have a smidge of downtime. We thank everyone for spreading the word, supporting us and especially trusting us to complete your projects.

The customer had a bunch of pickets on-site that he requested we use, so that's the reason for the color difference in pickets. We do our best to accommodate budgets. We had a couple of double gates on this one and very happy with how it all turned out. Planning on doing a photo dump of projects when we have a bit of downtime. But with new composite and pressure treated decks, stain/sealing decks and fences, landscaping and more new fences all locked in. We're not sure when that will be. Lol. A sincere thank you to everyone for the support, promoting us and especially trusting us to complete your projects. Means the world to myself and the team!!

Some much needed beautification was done on the front of the house. We were able to address some drainage/flooding issues on the driveway and garage door. And took care of replacing her mail box post in order to adhere to the Post Offices requirements. Very happy with the end results. Now she has a very sharp and clean looking front of her home and we picked up 2 more potential customers from them driving by while we were working.

We had some weather delays and waiting on top caps to come in still. But the play area is a wrap. One of the best sentences to hear from a customer... Oh wow, it looks much better than I thought it would!! It's one of the best feelings. Then to see their daughter running around in her new, special play area. A huge perk of the job!! Phase 1 complete, now to work on the 2nd phase which will include a new path to the play yard, decorative rock, and more sod.
19 yards of dirt, French drain around the perimeter and all new grass to play on. Love it!!

Had the pleasure of doing some much needed work on our customers landscaping. She had a middle section of the path all washed out, leaning retaining walls, bare spots from washout, walking paths were washed out, pavers were tilted downward on both sides and back path, old and rotted timbers on one side. We were able to get it all spruced up and repaired. We built up the middle section in the back, added retaining walls, tied into the existing 2 sides the best we could. We had to take down a large portion of the existing walls to shore them back up. Spread 5 tons of Decorative rock on the sides, back, and the creek feature in the back of the yard. Shored up multiple sections of different existing retaining walls, removed old rotten timbers and installed new ones. Lots of work and certainly worth it. Now our customers can walk around the house without having to lean one way or the other. And it's significantly safer!!
