Today, the High Caliber Plumbing team had the honor of visiting Arlington National Cemetery, one of our nation’s most sacred places. Walking among the rows of white headstones serves as a powerful reminder of the courage, sacrifice, and service of the men and women who have defended our country.

We were especially moved by the Changing of the Guard ceremony at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier. Witnessing the precision, discipline, and unwavering respect displayed by the Sentinels was a powerful tribute to those who gave their lives in service to our nation and whose identities remain unknown.

Another highlight of our visit was paying our respects at the gravesite of President John F. Kennedy and witnessing the Eternal Flame, a lasting symbol of his legacy and leadership. Moments like these remind us of the values of service, dedication, and commitment that continue to inspire generations.

We are grateful for the opportunity to reflect on our nation’s history, honor our heroes, and remember the sacrifices that make our freedoms possible.

Today HCP visited Maritime Memorial Plaza and The Lone Sailor in Washington, D.C.—a powerful reminder of the courage, sacrifice, and dedication of those who serve at sea.

It made us especially grateful for the military community we serve back home near Naval Air Station Whidbey Island. To our service members, veterans, and families: thank you for your commitment and sacrifice. We’re proud to serve a community with such a strong connection to our nation’s maritime history.

As we spend time in our nation’s capital this weekend, our first stop was the Pentagon Memorial, honoring the 184 lives lost on September 11, 2001. Walking through this powerful memorial serves as a reminder of the resilience, sacrifice, and unity that define our country.

Today, on Flag Day, we celebrate a symbol that represents freedom, service, and the values that make America strong.

At High Caliber Plumbing, we’re grateful for our customers, our community, and especially our incredible team who continue to provide exceptional service every day. Their dedication allows us to explore new experiences while knowing our customers are in great hands.

From Washington, D.C. to Washington State, we’re proud to serve under the same flag and honor those who have helped preserve the freedoms it represents.

We're excited to share that the owners of High Caliber Plumbing are checking a major item off their bucket list and heading to Washington, DC!

As small business owners, it's easy to stay focused on the day-to-day demands of running a company. This trip is an opportunity to step away for a few days, experience our nation's capital, explore its incredible history, and create memories that will last a lifetime.

Most importantly, operations will continue as usual thanks to our amazing HCP team! 🌲 Life Beyond the Pipes ☂️

This weekend we made our way to Sedro-Woolley for the annual Blast from the Past Festival & Car Show.

While there were plenty of amazing classic cars to admire, one of our favorite discoveries was this colorful umbrella alley tucked away downtown. It’s little gems like this that make exploring small towns so much fun.

We’re grateful to live and work in a region filled with great communities, local events, and unique places to explore.
