Recent bathroom update involved removing a fiberglass shower insert and tiling with 24x48” tiles on the walls and hex tiles on floor. Removed old whirlpool bath tub and replaced with modern standalone tub. Matched floor tile, built custom shelf (not shown) for items while bathing. Customer will paint room independently. Customer called to indicate a leak in ceiling indoors (beneath deck) We discovered the leak originated on the exterior wall off the deck At time of build, corners of house didnt meet and no flashing installed 😔 We tore off siding, replaced sheathing, added flashing, new pvc trim, and hardy siding All fixed!!

Are other contractors picking up excessive screws in your tires after parking in contractor lot at Lowes? We are on our third flat tire in three months… all as a result of a screw embedded in tire. I’d like to see Lowe’s sweep or run magnet roller thru lot at least once a day to better protect their higher-spending customers.
