QUALIFICATIONS:
• Knowledge of 2020 Design is a MUST.
• 3 years minimum experience designing kitchens and baths.
• Basic knowledge of Excel.
• Professional customer service.
• Detail and deadline oriented.
• Ability to read and comprehend blueprints would be helpful.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
• Provide quality kitchen/bath design, drawings and layouts according to the client specifications.
• Quoting clients and managing the full cycle of the ordering process for all kitchen/bath cabinetry and product requirements for each project.
• Provide timely response and necessary follow up for all new inquiries regarding design, products, services and design fees.
• Familiarize yourself with our product lines, ordering systems, checklist methods and procedures.
• Calling and/or meeting with potential clients to discuss their ideas and requirements.
• Create design agreements for clients that are specific to their project.
• Communicate with vendors and internal cabinet division on special orders
• Track, fulfill orders and resolve any customer issues.
• Research sources for developing potential customers.
• Interact with customers by welcoming them to the store, setting them up for kitchen and/or bath measures, making purchase recommendations, and
meeting with them to go over room designs.
• Supports the showroom appearance by ensuring adequate/updated product displays and promoting a shopping environment that is inviting, appealing and safe.
