This customers new home got a remodeled kitchen and bathroom. A partition wall between the kitchen and living room was removed to open the space, and the old kitchen and vanity removed. The drywall was repaired and new LVP flooring installed in the kitchen and bathroom. New shaker style uppers, lowers and vanity were installed as well as a new medicine cabinet. The counters were installed, and the new appliances will come shortly. With some trim work and cabinet hardware finished these customers will make their move-in deadline.

This customer wanted built in storage and shelving in their living room as well as to cover filled in windows in their aluminum siding. 13 feet of cabinet storage was capped with butcher block, and two custom made 36" shelving towers were placed on each side. For the windows, composite trim boards were used to create faux windows as aluminum siding is not easily replaced.

This customers tired deck got torn down and rebuilt to 12'x16', with all new framing and stairs. All trimmed in pvc, and finished with Trex composite decking with hidden fasteners and a vinyl rail system.

This modular home had a large tree fall on its roof. There was significant damage to the roof causing several penetrations resulting in structural and water damage to the common areas.

Disaster mitigation secured the roof with a tarp, removed damaged drywall, insulation and carpeting and secured belongings.

First the roof was stripped. Damaged decking removed and a total of 5 trusses were replaced. The soffit area was rebuilt. New plywood decking was installed and underlayment applied. Then came new asphalt shingle roofing.

Once inside, the ceiling was reinsulated, cieling re-sheetrocked, trim replaced, primed, and the entire area painted. New flooring was installed. Several other tasks were completed such as replacement of an interior door and some siding repair.

After some uncontrollable delays, this client can finally return home.
