We're excited to kick off this Lake Elmo paver patio project featuring beautiful natural clay pavers that will create a timeless, one-of-a-kind outdoor living space.
But this is just the beginning.

After excavating this patio, we uncovered a major water issue beneath the proposed patio area. Rather than building over the problem, we're fixing it the right way.
As you can see, we excavated deeper, installed 2"-4" drainage rock, and are now preparing to add our clear aggregate patio base. We're also installing a French drain system to keep water moving away from the patio and out to the drainage area at the rear of the lawn.
Proper drainage is one of the most important parts of a long-lasting paver patio. Taking the time to address these issues now helps ensure this patio performs for years to come.

New Prague, Mn Paver Fire pit update! 🔥
The custom fire pit area is officially underway, and this outdoor living space is starting to take shape. The crew is installing a beautiful freestanding wall system along with a custom fire pit that will become the centerpiece of this backyard gathering area.
Surrounding the fire pit will be new planting beds designed to add color, texture, and year-round interest while helping blend the hardscape naturally into the landscape. The combination of seating walls, fire features, and plantings will create a warm and inviting space for family and friends to enjoy for years to come.

Chaska landscape project update!
The Outdeco privacy panels are officially installed, and they look incredible! These decorative panels add privacy, architectural interest, and a unique custom touch that really sets this outdoor living space apart.
The custom paver inlay is now complete, and the poly sand has been installed, bringing the patio one step closer to completion. It's always exciting when the finishing details start coming together and the full design vision becomes reality.
We still have a few small finishing touches left, but this project is on track to be completed later this week. Stay tuned for the final reveal from Chaska, Minnesota!

Day 2 update from our Chaska, Minnesota project!
The transformation is moving along quickly as the decorative panels are now installed and the custom paver inlay is being cut into the patio. These details are what take a project from standard to truly custom.
The decorative panels add a unique architectural element to the outdoor space, while the custom paver inlay creates a focal point that will make this patio stand out for years to come. Our crews are putting in the extra time and precision needed to bring the designer's vision to life.

Final video from our Hamel, Minnesota project!
What a transformation! This front yard renovation features a beautiful new paver patio paired with fresh planting beds that completely changed the look and feel of this home.
The new patio creates a welcoming outdoor space right off the front of the house, while the updated landscape beds add color, texture, and curb appeal that will continue to grow and improve over time. It's amazing what a thoughtful combination of hardscape and plantings can do for a property's appearance.

Corcoran pool project update!
The pool deck is pretty much completed, and it's really starting to showcase the full vision of this backyard transformation. The paver coping, custom borders, and patio layout have all come together beautifully around the pool.
Now our focus shifts to the walkway installation, which will help connect the different areas of the outdoor living space while adding both function and curb appeal. It's always exciting when a project reaches this stage because the finished product is finally coming into view.

Designer Lonny recently stopped by a Villa Landscapes project we completed 12–14 years ago in Champlin Park, Minnesota — and it’s still looking incredible today.
This backyard features a beautiful slate stone patio along with a custom outdoor fireplace that has truly stood the test of time. Projects like this are a great reminder that quality craftsmanship, proper installation, and timeless design never go out of style.
It’s always rewarding to revisit older projects and see how well they continue to perform and look years later. Outdoor living spaces are an investment, and when built correctly, they can be enjoyed for decades.
Pretty impressive for a project that’s over a decade old!

Day 2 update from our Dayton, Minnesota project!
The stone chip base is officially in and the steps are now completed as this outdoor living project continues moving along quickly. A strong, properly installed base is one of the most important parts of building a long-lasting paver patio, and our crews are making great progress.
The new steps are already helping define the space and giving a glimpse of how this finished backyard transformation is going to come together.
