Some may not realize this. If you purchase your garlic without roots, it's 99% imported. Mostly from China.
US agriculture does not allow rooted produce to be imported.(w roots) Just FYI.
Plus, imported garlic is bleached to prevent sprouting.

So here’s a question to all you Californians ? California wants to get rid of gas and diesel engines as soon as they can and other states are starting to follow, what are you going to do when the power goes out like know for 15 hours and counting and you can’t charge your electric car? Keep in mind gas and diesel generators are already being phased out 😉
