Many people have been asking about the (3) Gallon White & Pink Pampas Grass and the (3) Gallon Pink Muhly Grass… here is an update…
Good Afternoon the grower is offering replacements to every customer who purchased Pink Pampas Grass. They have had an obvious crop failure due to the flash freeze we experienced in December.
The very nature of pampas grass in its winter-early spring appearance made it impossible to have known the grass was not just in a state of dormancy. Although pink pampas grass sprouts much later than the white one, we still fear it will not come back.
The grower is processing these orders as they came in and sending out the replacements as quickly as possibly. We still have not received our notice of shipment but anticipate it being any day now. I cannot confirm the replacements will be here in time for this Saturdays pick up. (But I’m in daily contact with the grower).
I have been given some permissions to extend credit in lieu of replacements however they have not approved refunding yet until the state inspector finishes her paperwork on the cause of the crop failure. Please trust we are doing everything within our power to get everyone grass replacements and/or credit until we can potentially get approval for refunding.

We cannot apologize enough for this inconvenience but this weather event was completely out of our control and caused an enormous amount of damage. We did not want to ever sell you unhealthy plants nor do we now wish to replace them with plants that are just not ready. We ask for your patience and understanding as we work on getting this situation remedied.
