This customer always hated the way her Unit looked in the middle of her apartment, and she dealt with air quality problems because of the design.. We fixed it all, and created a much better looking housing for the unit.. that’s more functional and clean! All carpentry and paint work done by us 🙌🏽

It’s as easy as 1, 2, 3! Well not really.. This customers unit was low on refrigerant, but:

🚨adding refrigerant to a leaking system is a disservice to our customer! 🚨

So it was done the right way. Leak found, repaired, and system recharged on a Saturday evening. It took a few hours but no corners are cut! No weekend fees, no band aid fixes, no wasted money on refrigerant that will leak out again. 🤝🏽

A four zone mini split going in! All of the old ductwork and the indoor air handler in the bedroom closet was removed, and the customer gained a lot more closet space back! 🔥 now all 4 units can run at different temps, with dramatic energy consumption reduction. 🚨 Thinking about getting estimates for a new AC? Read this first:

Take a look at this installation we just finished up. This customer was a retired HVAC professional that did their homework and received many quotes, all of them for the same unit. The install is where the difference is!

We opted to demolish and remove the water stained wooden base, and add a large custom cut metal pan with a flood protection switch underneath. We added a metal air handler stand with a easy access filter slot. We painted the closet in there with rubberized white paint, and the duct work for a sanitary finish that can be wiped down. We added a new concrete slab for the outdoor condenser. We took an entire day to install with the best industry standards and attention to detail.

Getting estimates often doesn’t reflect the differences in quality from company to company, so choose wisely 🤝🏽

Do you know how many houses have duct systems that look like this? With a fuzzy stinky growth growing all over the place? A LOT. Poorly maintained units and even poorly installed systems create these problems. Duct cleaning is a temporary bandaid, but air quality accessories can make a huge improvement on smells, and even that allergy type of sniffle so many people seem to have in their own homes.
