I am happy to announce that B&W Fabrication-Alex Wiederin, Brandon Boeckman out of Carroll IA bought my freestanding panel, windbreak jigs and all of my designs. Business for sale!

We are finally done using up all the material I had on hand. So we have freestanding panels available for sale at $395/panel until they are gone. Currently 202 panels available.

As far as the business for sale I am not selling it with a location or the name. If you want to buy it it’s $20,000 and you get all my jigs and my pipe notcher die, 2days of training on how to build the panels, all my designs with specs. You get all the referrals from people calling me wanting them, you get a list of all the contacts to buy materials and you can call me for advice after the sale.

This is a great addition for a farmer that has a shop. It’s a great way to keep extra help around for seasonal farm work. We make thousands of these panels yearly and can sell every one of them without a problem. We have made these for about 10 years I think, I have years into perfecting the process to be efficient. I have run as hard as possible for many years, it’s time for me to simplify my life and going back to just farming so I can be available more for my family.

I’m only starting one person in this that buys it. I’m not giving out free advice to everyone. You don’t get to come see the process without buying it. Because if you are handy like I am you will just copy it.

I am keeping most of my shop stuff but selling the equipment I have multiple of. I will have a forklift, 3 Miller 255 pluse welders, 2 torch setups, 2 Ellis 1600 bandsaw’s and quite a few welder/torch/forklift tanks for sale all listed separately. We also have barrels of sucker rod clips, 10 bundles of sucker rods, 4 bundles of concrete decking (to make windbreaks) and other random materials for sale and im sure many other things will come up as we are going through it also.

I also will have 2 commercial shops for sale in Carson, the south one we just completed a major remodel on it this week, the north one we mostly remodeled in 2020 but we are currently working on finishing it. I am already working on agreements on them so they may be spoken for already. But if you’re interested you can let me know.

I have an announcement to make.
It was a hard decision but I have decided to retire Circle A Manufacturing LLC and close Down at the end of the year. 12-31-23.

Farming has always been number one for me and I have been fortunate to have picked up more farm ground last year. Now I would like to just concentrate on farming. The business just hasn’t been making enough money to be worth the headaches that come with it.

We will continue building panels only until we are out of material then we will be done forever. We do have quite a bit of material on hand though.

We are done logging also. Walnut prices have fallen and it’s just plain dangerous work. It was great for awhile but not worth someone getting hurt over.

Now I can just be one of those row crop farmers that have it pretty easy🙂. I’ll even have my home farm shop back to do my own projects in since it’s been tied up for welding.

That being said I’ll have two 40x70 commercial shops with offices for lease this summer after we finish remodeling them. You will also see me selling all my logging equipment and some of the welding stuff over this year. If you have any interest in leasing a shop or buying logging or welding equipment don’t be afraid to reach out to me. No it won’t be discounted, I don’t have to sell it, everything will be priced at fair market value.

If your interested in building Freestanding panels just buy my panel jigs and pipe notcher when we are done with them. Then I’ll set you up with contacts for materials and refer all my phone calls about panels to you. I will only do this for whoever buys my jigs.

Now hiring Farm Help

Pay depending on experience and skills

Full time

Drivers license is a must.

Willing and able to get a CDL is a must if you don’t already have one.

Duty’s and hours vary through the seasons. It is always 40 hour weeks or 40plus.
Normal hours 8-5 Monday through Friday

Fall-harvest can be 7 or 8am until up to 10pm to midnight 6 days a week. Running a large modern tractor and grain cart or semi

Spring-planting can be the same long hours as harvest. Depending on experience you would be running anhydrous, and a planter to just tending anhydrous tanks or seed.

Off seasons we do a lot of maintenance/mechanic work, improvements, haul corn, mowing, spot spraying weeds, welding and taking care of cattle.

Year around the job is whatever needs done at the time, we do it all.

This can be a entry level position to experienced. No matter how much experience you have you must be willing and able to learn how to do anything that needs done and how I want it done.

Housing may be available if needed.

Entry level or experienced welders! No experience necessary, as long as you are willing and want to learn we can teach everything.

We are open to fresh high school Graduates, or even a summer job for high schoolers, a pair of friends that work well together are great in this case. We a have
Production bonus so high schoolers can make $20/hr if you are productive!

MIG/Pulse welding Fence panels

All Ellis and Miller equipment, Air Conditioned and heated shop.
