Today was a rough one—physically and mentally. I’m proud of this crew for showing up, working hard, and staying safe while helping clean up here in Grinnell. It was awe-inspiring to see so many people come together from different towns—donating their time, equipment, and heart to help out.

Feeling Grateful Today

I’m incredibly blessed to have such a great group of guys working with me this summer. Today, they approached me and asked if they could take tomorrow off—not for rest, but to head to Grinnell and volunteer their time helping with tornado cleanup efforts.

Without hesitation, I said yes.

In a world that often feels too busy, it’s moments like this that remind me what really matters. Proud to be surrounded by people who not only work hard—but who lead with heart.
