Love bringing my kids to projects (especially on Saturday) so they can see what I do, but more importantly, they can see what great work ethic my team has and how well everyone works together. In this industry, all too often you hear people say “that’s not my job” when someone is asked to do something outside their typical job duties. You will NEVER hear that from one of my guys. When you come to one of my projects you can feel and see the camaraderie my guys have with one another and their willingness to help not just each other, but also our trade partners when the need arises.

Thank you guys for all you do and the example you set for everyone you come in contact with!!

Fresh from the mill and ready for primer before we install these beautiful brackets on the exterior of our Whippoorwill project! Smallest will be used on the back of the house, medium used to support a roof over the basement door, and the large ones will be installed beneath the master bathroom bump out. Love the tight grain of some of this Douglas fir!
