Well… I had to pivot. Decided the barn doors couldn’t be out here doing their own thing — they had to match the shed doors. Built them offsite, made a few alignment tweaks , and I’ve gotta say… I’m pretty pleased with how they turned out!

The weather was on our side for this one — no severe storms, just sunshine and a great day to be outside replacing an exterior door.

Before removing the old one, we measured once, twice… and even a third time. But somehow, the new door still ended up ½” too narrow—looked like the Grand Canyon! 😅 But that’s the nature of the job. You adapt, get creative, and make it work the right way.
