🏡✨ COMPLETED: 126-Year-Old Cleveland Heights Century Home ✨🏡

This project is one I will never forget.

We recently completed the restoration and painting of a beautiful 126-year-old century home in Cleveland Heights, and I couldn’t be more proud of what our team accomplished. This was an extremely meticulous project that featured SIX different colors, countless details, and a level of precision that demanded our absolute best every single day.

Throughout the project, we spent a tremendous amount of time correcting imperfections, refining details, and ensuring every aspect of the home received the attention it deserved. We also safely removed damaged asbestos siding and replaced it with new siding to restore both the appearance and integrity of the home.

There were moments when the homeowners were concerned about whether their vision would truly come to life. That’s when we kicked things into another gear. We poured everything we had into this project, stayed committed to the details, and refused to cut corners.

The result? A transformation that left the homeowners absolutely stunned.

🏠✨ Another project wrapped up for a valued returning customer! We were called in for a quick refresh to help get the home market-ready — and our team was able to tackle the entire project in just ONE day! 💪🎨

🏡✨ Second house of the season officially wrapped up! This one was a fun transformation featuring a full trim refresh package along with the removal of heavily overgrown ivy that had completely taken over the back side of the home. 🌿🪵

We worked carefully and diligently to remove the ivy without causing damage to the siding — a process that took patience, precision, and serious attention to detail. Along the way, we tackled a large amount of wood repairs and replacements to bring everything back to life the right way. 🔨

With some long days, hard work, and pride in the craftsmanship, we were able to completely transform the exterior and leave the homeowner absolutely blown away with the final results. Nothing better than giving someone their home back and seeing that excitement at the end of the project! 🙌🏠
