OUR STORY:
Neil started in the construction business back in the early 80’s learning the ropes as a Carpenter which sparked his passion for the construction industry.
Neil worked as Cabinet Manufactures’ Rep. traveling the country, and owned two Kitchen & Bath Showrooms, prior to becoming a HOME BUILDER in the Chicagoland area. His practical hands- on experience, coupled with his project management skills and in-depth industry knowledge, help to make him an ideal partner to work with.

As a Husband and Wife team, Brenda brings her technical Sales & Marketing, and Project Management experience to the table as our Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer. She is currently on the Board of Directors for the American Marketing Association in Tampa Bay. Brenda adds her female perspective to the design phase along with exceptional “multi-tasking” capabilities to help track and keep your projects moving on schedule.
As Sailing enthusiasts, we wanted to incorporate the “Compass Rose” into our logo as a reminder to stay on course, keeping our integrity and work life balance in check.
