Fire Island Red House Beach house on Fire Island The house has five bedrooms and 2 fully renovated bathrooms. The main living space is upstairs and has great views of the ocean.

Upstairs includes the living room, kitchen, dining room, half bath and one bedroom, and features a vaulted ceiling, lots of windows, pine wood floors, and a big, full-service kitchen with two refrigerators. Four bedrooms, one bath, the laundry room and the outdoor shower are downstairs. The wrap-around sun deck has spectacular views of the beach and ocean facing east and south. Off the side deck,

there are beautiful west facing views with fantastic sunsets over the Great South Bay. We have an optional food and beverage plan organized by the house managers which includes all meals on Saturday and Sunday and beer, wine and soft drinks. This convenient plan keeps costs down and keeps the house well-stocked all weekend. A little more about what is included in the share:

• New DW and Oven, W\D, MW, coffeemaker, toaster, 2 Refrigerators.
• 37” Flat Screen LCD TV with HD Direct TV, DVR and DVD. Stereo with iPod connection
• Ceiling fans upstairs and all bedrooms have fans
• Comfortable cotton sheets, bath towels, plus beach towels
• Outdoor shower, new cedar deck in front of house, deck furniture and Weber Grill
• Beach chairs and umbrellas
• Housekeeping service, all basic supplies and utilities, propane for the grill
• House has a direct walkway access to the beach which is only 250 ft from the house

Directions To the Fire Island Red House in Corneille Estates 1. LIRR train from Penn Station/Atlantic/Jamaica to Bay Shore. 2. Take Tommy’s Taxi bus ($5/ride) to Ocean Beach Ferry Terminal (shuttle buses will be waiting at Bay Shore train to take crowd to ferry terminal) 3. Take ferry from Bay Shore to Ocean Beach 4. Exiting ferry terminal, cross Main Street, walk straight down Bayberry to Midway 5. Turn right on Midway go all the way to Surf Road (at the stop sign, you will be facing the school property) 6. Go ‘straight’ (not right or left ) … Side of school will be on your left and ball field on the right – you should be walking between the school and the ball field. 7. Walk approximately 50 yards down the road (partly sandy road) then make first left on Clipper Roadway, which is the first wooden boardwalk. 8. Walk straight down the boardwalk, heading towards the ocean. 9. Our house is a 2-story red house, the second house from the beach on the right side, with a diagonal walkway.
