Here is a recent kitchen we remodeled to perfection. All new cabinets, appliances and countertops, we also had gas run to the house so now the client can cook with her new gas range! This project was a bit unique as we saved the clients old cabinets, cleaned them up, added new hardware, and repurposed them in the pantry along with new built ins above. We do roofs! New roof for a costumer in ocean pines. We discovered some rot after removing old shingles, we made sure to repair any bad wood before putting on a new roof. Now this homeowner will have a sound roof for decades to come

New second story deck for a client in ocean city. If you scroll to the last picture, encountered a little rot behind the old ledger board. We replaced the sheathing and completed this beautiful deck so the clients can enjoy their view for generations to come

Masonry repair on a failing chimney. This was an emergency repair for .contracting so he could properly install flashing and keep his new roof water tight before all this rain! Smooth operations start with solid collaborations 💪🏽

This kitchen got a full makeover! To mention a few things.. New cabinets, new countertops, ship lap island and range hood, floating shelves and better lighting to make it feel bigger, brighter, and way more inviting. Super proud of how this one turned out

Custom LVP steps we recently installed. We did a full addition on this piling house. Enclosing the entire underneath of the house. Creating a garage and new downstairs kitchen/bar area. The client decided to go with LVP flooring through including on the steps. Luxury Vinyl Flooring was a great choice for this area as it is 100% waterproof and this is mostly going to be used when the homeowners have family and friends over at their pool! Let the good times roll this summer ☀️

We started this major exterior renovation/addition in Early July, after a long drawn out permit process which rad remodels handled every aspect of. This project is coming along great, all inspections have been passed, we just have to finish off the bar area downstairs and pour a new driveway on our way out.

Before and Afters of a master bathroom upgrade! We painted the original vanity tricorn black and added a new natural stone marble top along with new sink fixtures. We also added a ship lap accent wall. This goes to show a few simple, cost effective upgrades can really make your soace come alive
