We are seeking a self motivated person to work maintenance at our Jackson county rental properties for the next two months. You will be preforming general maintenance tasks such as plumbing, painting, repairing dry wall and flooring. Responsibilities also include emergency repairs and getting properties ready to rent to future occupants.
Requirements:
*A high school diploma (must provide transcripts)
*Reliable transportation
*A basic set of tools and some experience preferred but not required as some on the job training will be provided.
Pay based on experience
40 hour work weeks
Mon-Fri 8-5
