Good afternoon from Precision Remodeling! If you looked at our company page anytime with in the last 2 yrs. You will see we haven't updated it in a very long time. We haven't posted pictures or anything. Most of our work in the last 2yrs have been word of mouth. The best type of advertising you can have if you ask me. I had no reason to post anything because we had more work than we could take on. My plan was to sell this buisness and move onto a storefront buisness selling materials in 2026. This plan was in place for about the last 2 years. Instead of remodeling everyone's homes. Unfortunately this new business isn't what I imagined and will not be happening....So with that said Precision Remodeling will be taking on jobs for 2026 and will be expanding this year more than ever. If your still reading this far into my message, thank you and I ask you for one thing. To help spread the word again. Along with following our page if your not already. We are on the move preping for another beautiful lvp floor... Scratch and coat primer with a leveler about to be spread out. Installing floor tomorrow morning. Back story is shower was moved and customer did not want to rip the rest of the tile floor out. So Precision Remodeling is going to prep the floor the correct way. Recent job completed in coal city. Customer was tired of the old carpet bedrooms and decided it was time for some new beautiful lvp floors with matching shoe molding to complete the transformation. Customer wanted to install new floor vents so we were told to leave them off.
