7 years married, 9 years together, and still best friends. God damn 🫶✨

Every decision I made led me to the best one I ever made, meeting . Cookiee Club wouldn’t be what it is today without him. We really do make an incredible team.

I’m so grateful for the life we’ve built together and for the small business we’ve grown, especially because our cookie community is truly something special.

From our Kitchen to your adventure 🌲✨

This weeks freshly baked 🍪 Menu is 🫶

• Mud Bogging BEST SELLER (double chocolate brown butter espresso with smoked sea salt flakes)
• Ruff Rider (peanut butter white chocolate macadamia nut)
• Blue Bear (lemon blueberry sugar cookie with homemade streusel topping)
• Bigfoot (OG chocolate chip cookie)
• Gluten Free & Dairy Free Bigfoot (gluten free, dairy free chocolate chip)

We’ll also have our cookie mixes

• Oatmeal Chocolate Chip - gluten free, dairy free and nut free

Menu:
• Wildflower - wild honey cookie with white chocolate lavender bark
• Tree Hugger - chai tea molasses sugar cookie
• Trail Boss - almond butter oatmeal cookie with milk chocolate chips, pumpkin seeds and unsweetened coconut flakes

And of course our Bigfoot cookies (regular and gluten free) will be stocked. Along with both types of cookie mixes.

Camp worthy s’mores bars 🏕️🍪✨

1 cookie mix
5 graham cracker cookie sheets
1/3 cup of mini chocolate chips
(optional but makes the bars extra gooey)
18 large marshmallows cut in half
(or use 1.5-2 cups of mini marshmallows)
Parchment paper
8x8 baking pan

Directions:
1. Line an 8x8 baking pan with parchment paper. Then line the bottom of the pan with graham crackers of choice. Set aside.
2. Prepare an cookie mix according to the instructions on the back of the packaging. Chill the dough. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
3. When the oven has preheated remove the cookie dough from the refrigerator. Press the dough evenly on top of the graham crackers.
4. Next sprinkle 1/3 cup of chocolate chips over the dough. Optional step but make the bars extra gooey.
5. Cut the marshmallows in half and place them onto the bars.
6. Bake the bars for 20-25 minutes until the marshmallows are puffy and golden brown.
7. Cool, slice and enjoy!
