Consolidated Paving & Concrete is looking for a full time Administrative Office Assistant who is responsible and dependable. We have been in business for over 25 years. Since our inception, we have grown to be the preferred paving and concrete contractor in northern Utah and the surrounding area specializing in government, commercial, residential, and development projects.

We specialize in the asphalt paving of parking lots and roads, the overlaying of existing asphalt, general repair work, and custom projects.

Duties/Responsibilities include (but not limited to)

•Manages front office phones, emails, office supplies, and inventory

•Data Entry / Spreadsheet work

•Assembly, updating, and tracking of weekly, monthly, and annual reporting.

•Assist with processing of incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries, filing, copying, and faxing.

•Manages Accounts Payable

•Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical

•Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
•Previous KeepTrucking and Samsara Experience a big plus!

•Able to multitask in a fast-paced, deadline driven, service-oriented environment.

•Team player yet able to work independently, with demonstrated ability to be flexible, responsive and to take initiative.

•Strong multi-tasking skills. Complete several concurrent tasks.

•Must possess good organizational and people skills necessary to assist employees

•Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, & Excel) and writing skills

•Must have worked in an office setting for a minimum of 1-3 years

CPCO, LLC has been in the construction industry for 25+ years in Utah and neighboring states. We are seeking experienced and inexperienced concrete laborers, experienced concrete finishers.

Construction experience is preferred but will train on the job.
