Diamond Lawn Care Services is looking to hire a part-time office assistant. Appropriately 30 hours/week. This job can be completed almost completely virtually, however, we would prefer someone who is local to the Bluffton area.

Job responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

-answering phone calls (we will set you up with a Google voice number)
-managing the company email inbox by organizing and responding to emails
-creating and sending newsletters
-sending out invoices and applying payments
-scanning documents into the system and organizing them into the right folders
-communicating with subcontractors and other local companies to schedule, place orders, etc.
-data entry
-minor website assistance (updating pictures, website copy, etc.)
-assist the owner in managing landscape design/installation projects by communicating with customers, scheduling subcontractors, researching plants, contacting nurseries, etc.
-utilize your knowledge of landscaping to answer client questions and be a liaison between the designer/subcontractor and the customer.

Skills needed:
-excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
-be disciplined and can manage yourself and time well
-we would prefer someone with basic knowledge of landscaping but not required
-quick learner
-basic knowledge of WordPress is a plus

Diamond Lawn Care Services is looking for a crew member to start working with our project's crew. We have been in business for 7 years maintaining residential homes. Work areas include Okatie and Bluffton and VERY OCCASIONALLY, Hilton Head. We work 7:30 am - 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday so you can spend time with your family. Job begins immediately. We are a small, family-run business and we are looking for the right person to complement our current staff and take us to the next level. Our ideal candidate:

Be on time and be reliable.

Perform above quality service (high standard of excellence and take pride in their work).

Able to communicate well.

Detail-oriented.

A neat appearance is a must.

Must have a great attitude, work ethic and integrity.

Must be able to work with fellow employees.

Able to perform basic landscape maintenance services such as w**d eating, edging, mowing, blowing, installing mulch and/or pine straw.

Able to perform more advanced services such as plant installation, some minimal “from the ground” tree work, specialty pruning, irrigation installation, and more.

The ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Have a valid drivers' license with a clean driving record and YOUR OWN transportation to and from work where someone else does not depend on your vehicle

Pay based on experience starting at $16-20 per hour with some extras we can chat about. No weekends, paid holidays.
