Giant zinnias, make great cut flowers. They are prolific if you take good care of them. All zinnias are annuals.They are a wonderful food source for all kinds pollinators. Save the seeds and plant next year. They will also sow themselves. They like full sun and a well drained soil. Slightly acidic. Some will reach 3'-4'. Hardiness zone 2-11.

Tithonia Diversifola is a speices of the asteraceae. Common names are Tree marigold, Mexican sunflower, Japanese sunflower, Nitobe chrysanthemum & Mexican tournesoil. .... Perennial depending on where you live. Thrives in south & central Florida. Florida zones 9 & 10 are best growing conditions. Grows in full sun. Heat and drought tolerant. Doesn't require a large amount of nutrients. It is able to increase the amount of essential nutrients in the soil. It self grows rapidly & can reach 14 ft. in height. Can be used as a green fertilizer, chicken feed, fire wood, soil erosion control and building materials. Attracts a large amount of birds and pollinators.
