As we celebrate Thanksgiving, I would like to take a moment to express my gratitude to everyone who continues to follow this page. I am thankful for this opportunity and for the support of my family. Currently, I am working on a project in Pryor, Oklahoma. Due to unforeseen delays, I have been working non-standard hours. As the team leader, I am responsible for overseeing a group of eight individuals, all of whom are relatively new to the field. While the project is progressing well, I am experiencing some challenges with the safety specialist. We are having some differences in opinion.

Here is an example of a miswired GFCI. When replacing a GFCI, it is essential to connect incoming power to the line side. The load side is reserved for the circuit or device needing protection. The labels "line" and "load" are clearly indicated. However, this installation is flawed, as the wiring is connected to the load side, compromising the GFCI's protective and operational capabilities.

Happy labor day.
During this last month or 2, we have been doing a different type of electrical work. From automotive wiring to motorcycle wiring. It's definitely not in our wheel house to do, but it's been a fun new challenge. Here are a few things we have been working on .
#1) 2001 Acura integra
We have been trying to reduce some of the wiring that is not needed anymore.
#2) 1996 Honda Shadow VLX
No key for the ignition. Had to trace out the ignition so we are having to install a kill switch
#3) 2001 Yamaha Yzf-r1
Stolen recovery with keys no start. The main harness was chopped up. And corroded from water

Customer called and said the breaker was tripping and they heard something in the attic.
We visually inspected the panel and the wiring in the attic. Aside from all the rodent p**p the wires looked fine except for the thermostat wire.
Also when we arrived to the call, the power was operating and the breaker wouldn't trip

We haven't posted anything in a while, but a customer reached out to us Sunday afternoon with power issues. After inspecting the panel, we immediately came to the house meter and found this burnt up leg.

We replaced the meter stab block on the left hand side, replaced the wire, and got them tied back in.

We are presently on an extended hiatus from contracting, which commenced at the beginning of April. This interim period has afforded us the opportunity to strategize our forthcoming endeavors in life. We will ensure that updates regarding our potential resumption of contracting activities are disseminated accordingly.
