🚧Project Spotlight🚧:Lighthouse Baptist Chruch🏗️

We’re grateful for the opportunity to complete a roofing project for Lighthouse Baptist Church.

This project involved a full tear-off of the existing TPO roofing system, where we discovered drywall had been used in place of ISO insulation boards over the original gravel roof. After removing the existing materials, our crew thoroughly cleaned and prepared the gravel surface before applying closed-cell spray foam across the entire roof. We then installed our two-part base and top coat coating system to create a seamless, fully adhered, and energy-efficient roofing system designed for long-term performance and protection.

Our process started with a full roof cleaning and detailed surface prep to ensure proper adhesion. We then applied closed-cell spray polyurethane foam to create a seamless, fully adhered insulation layer designed to improve energy efficiency and eliminate leak points.

To protect and extend the life of the system, we installed a three-part coating assembly consisting of dual base coats for build and durability, followed by a high-performance top coat for UV resistance and long-term weather protection.

This project came with its challenges, including strong winds and coordinating our work around ongoing church events, but our crew stayed on schedule and delivered a clean, uniform finish. Another durable, energy-efficient roofing system built to perform for years to come.

🚧Project Spotlight🚧: Flint Hills Technical College, Emporia Kansas🏗️

Back at Flint Hills Technical College to complete the automotive building roof after a previous project on-site.

Our team thoroughly cleaned and prepped the existing mod bit roof before spraying down closed-cell spray foam for insulation and durability. We then applied our two-part acrylic base and top coat system to fully seal and protect the surface.

The result is a seamless, energy-efficient, and leak-free roofing system—restoring performance while giving the building a clean, like-new finish.

Big Spring, TX📍

Our team tackled a full roof restoration on this facility, starting with coating tear-off and scarfing followed by the installation of over 1,800 linear feet of new drip edge to for water management and improved protection against those west Texas winds!

The team then applied 1.5 inches of spray foam insulation, and finished with our two part coating system for long-term durability.

Montante Roofing and Insulation recently completed a full exterior restoration for DFW Frame and Alignment in Hurst, Tx, giving the building a much needed facelift and lasting protection for years to come.

Our team power washed the entire roof before applying 2.5 inches of spray foam insulation, followed by a two-part base and top coat system to ensure durability and energy efficiency.

We then power washed all exterior walls, sealed all cracks with silicone, and finished with a sleek Mindful Gray coating on the walls and a Black Fox finish on the metal roof above the entrance and around the trim.

The result? A cleaner, more efficient, and revitalized building that looks as good as it performs.

This one wasn’t your average roof. From the steep pitches to the unique structure, high winds and traffic this project pushed us but we don’t back down from a challenge. 💪

Proud to have helped restore the roof at BFC Church in Bethany, Oklahoma. Every detail mattered on this one, and our crew brought the skill, precision, and determination it took to get the job done right. We had to come up with a unique solution to really tackle such an important and vital job, but at the end of the day, we always get it done!

Using primer to extract moisture in the roof followed by our Spray Foam and 2 part Coating Roof System, we left BFC with a durable and energy efficient face lift for years to come!
