Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Compensation: Hourly Pay + Medical and Dental Benefits

We are seeking a motivated and professional Customer Service Representative to join our growing team.
Position Summary
The Customer Service Representative serves as the first point of contact for homeowners and customers. This position is responsible for handling inbound calls, making outbound calls, scheduling appointments, answering customer questions, updating customer information, and providing outstanding customer service throughout the roofing and restoration process.
Responsibilities
Answer inbound phone calls professionally and courteously
Make outbound calls to homeowners, customers, and prospects
Schedule roof inspections and customer appointments
Update and maintain customer records in company software
Respond to customer questions regarding inspections, insurance claims, and project status
Follow up with customers regarding appointments and service requests
Communicate effectively with office staff and sales representatives
Route calls and messages to the appropriate department
Maintain accurate notes and documentation of customer interactions
Provide a positive and professional experience for every customer
Qualifications
Previous customer service, call center, reception, or administrative experience preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Professional phone etiquette
Excellent listening and problem-solving abilities
Strong attention to detail
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer skills and ability to learn company software
Dependable, punctual, and organized
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
