Christmas Butter Cookies 🎄

Ingredients:
• 2 ¼ cups flour
• ½ tsp salt
• 1 cup unsalted butter (softened)
• 2 egg yolks
• ¾ cup sugar
• 2 tsp vanilla extract
• 1-2 tbsp milk
• Optional: melted chocolate & sprinkles

Instructions:
1️⃣ Mix flour and salt; set aside.
2️⃣ Cream butter and sugar until fluffy.
3️⃣ Add egg yolks and vanilla; mix well.
4️⃣ Stir in flour mixture until just combined.
5️⃣ Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
6️⃣ Pipe 1½-inch swirls on a parchment-lined pan.
7️⃣ Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden.

• 1 (3.4 oz) box instant lemon pudding mix
• 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
• ¾ cup frozen lemonade concentrate

For the Crust:
• 2 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
• ⅓ cup sugar
• ⅔ cup melted butter

Instructions:
1️⃣ Make Crust: Mix crumbs, sugar, and butter. Press into a pie dish and bake at 350°F for 10-12 minutes or skip baking for no-bake. Let cool.
2️⃣ Prepare Filling: Beat evaporated milk and pudding mix. Beat cream cheese and add lemonade concentrate. Combine both and mix.

• 4½ cups all-purpose flour
• 1½ cups cornstarch
• Nonpareils or halved candied cherries

Directions:

Super Easy Crab Puffs Recipe 🦀

Ingredients:
• 1 sheet puff pastry (thawed)
• 6 oz cream cheese
• 12 oz canned crab meat (drained)
• 2 green onions (chopped)
• 2 tsp lemon juice
• ¼ tsp garlic powder
• Salt & pepper to taste
• 1 egg (for egg wash)

Instructions:

Ingredients:

2 tbsp olive oil or butter
1 medium onion, diced
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 lb (450 g) ground beef or chicken
6 cups (1.5 liters) chicken or beef broth
8 oz (225 g) lasagna noodles, broken into bite-sized pieces
1 cup (240 ml) heavy cream
1/2 cup (50 g) grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup (100 g) shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup fresh spinach, roughly chopped (optional)
Fresh parsley or basil, chopped (for garnish)
Directions:

Heat olive oil or butter in a large pot over medium heat.
Add the ground beef or chicken and cook until browned, breaking it into small pieces as it cooks. Drain any excess fat and set aside.
In the same pot, add the diced onion and sauté until softened, about 5 minutes.
Stir in the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
Pour in the chicken or beef broth and bring to a boil. Add the broken lasagna noodles and cook until tender, about 8-10 minutes. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking.

2 pounds green seedless grapes, washed and stems removed

1/2 cup brown sugar (for topping)

Directions:
Prepare the Grapes: Wash and thoroughly dry the grapes. Place them in a large mixing bowl.

Make the Creamy Mixture: In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, sour cream, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.

Raspberry Ice Cream

Ingredients:

1 cup sugar
2 cups heavy cream
1 cup whole milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 cups fresh or frozen raspberries
4 egg yolks
Instructions:
Prepare Raspberries:
In a saucepan, combine raspberries and 1/2 cup sugar.
Cook over medium heat until raspberries break down and mixture thickens (about 10 minutes).
Strain to remove seeds and set aside to cool.
Make Custard:
In a medium saucepan, heat cream and milk over medium heat until it just begins to simmer.
In a separate bowl, whisk together egg yolks and remaining sugar until pale and thick.
Slowly pour the hot cream mixture into the egg yolk mixture, whisking constantly.
Return the mixture to the saucepan and cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until it thickens enough to coat the back of a spoon.
Combine and Chill:
Stir the raspberry puree and vanilla extract into the custard.
Cover and refrigerate until completely chilled (at least 4 hours or overnight).
Churn and Freeze:

Salt and pepper, to taste
3 tablespoons olive oil (for frying)
For the Pasta and Sauce:

12 oz fettuccine or your favorite pasta
2 tablespoons butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
½ teaspoon ground nutmeg (optional)
½ teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon salt, or to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Directions:

Prepare the Chicken:

Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness.
Season the chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
